While the fundamental process sequence remains largely the same as our classic rope dye range, you will find an entire portfolio of design details proven successful in various applications, incorporated in the Spectrum™ system. Combination wash/dye boxes, pre-dryers, and dye steamers in multiple locations enhance production flexibility for non-indigo dyeing of multi-color fashions. The optional FCS (Flexible Control System) provides state-of-the-art control data monitoring via intuitively designed touch control screens. Morrison offers the ultimate in denim production.
