Integrated Denim Finishing Ranges begin with an initial brushing and singeing stage. Fabric passes into a full immersion pad, adding finish at high wet pick up, necessary to properly lubricate fabric for the subsequent skewing operation. Steam cylinders drive moisture in to the core of the yarns while reducing it to the proper 15-17% required for optimal sanforizing. RBM-SF performs precision compressive shrinking before the palmer system stabilizes fabric during final drying. Combining Finishing and SANFOR reduces energy and labor.
